Report an error in a question
A practice question that is wrong is worse than no question, so a report gets checked against the 2026 CP Program Handbook and the domain outline, then fixed, rewritten or dropped in the next build of the site and the app. Three lines make a report actionable:
Say which card
The domain heading it sits under and the first few words of the question — the practice set is grouped by domain in blueprint order, so that pair finds it in seconds.
Say what is wrong
The credited answer, a distractor that is also defensible, or a line in the reasoning. One sentence is enough; a page reference from a course text or the Handbook is a bonus, not a requirement.
Send it
To contact@nala-cp-practice-test.com, subject line “Question error” and the domain name. A reply comes when the fix ships, not on a promised clock — this is a small team, and the check comes before the reply.
What this site cannot answer
Nothing about your own candidacy. This site is not NALA and has no access to its systems, so it cannot see, speed up or explain your application, your eligibility decision, your exam results or your recertification record. Those questions go to NALA's Certification team on nala.org; scheduling and testing-center problems go to Prometric, which delivers the exams.

What happens to your e-mail
The message stays in the mailbox for as long as it takes to answer it and to ship the fix it asked for. Nothing goes on a list — there is no newsletter to add you to — and the site itself runs no accounts and no analytics.
